Getting started
Message us on WhatsApp or fill in the short form. Tell us the date, the venue if you have one, and roughly how many guests. The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
No. Write "not booked yet" in the venue field and start from the date and the number of guests. If you already have a venue, tell us its name and we plan around it.
A planner from our team, never a call centre. We answer WhatsApp messages within 48 hours.
Yes. Our planners speak both Arabic and English, so you can plan in whichever language you and your families are most comfortable with. Write to us in either one.
Four to six months before the wedding is ideal, and peak season goes further out than that. Shorter timelines are often possible, because the crew and the kit are ours and we are not queuing behind anyone. Ask before you decide it is too late.
Yes. We also plan corporate events and private celebrations. Choose "Corporate Event" or "Other" in the form and tell us what you need.
Design and quotation
A bespoke wedding starts from a conversation and a blank page. We develop the concept with you, then make every piece to it, from the kosha to the last centrepiece. The collection is a set of complete wedding designs that have already stood in real rooms. You choose the one that feels like yours and we fit it to your venue and your guest list.
Line by line. Every part of the room is listed, from the entrance to the dance floor, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and change it.
Yes. The florals, the staging, the furniture and the event technology all come from our own stores and our own teams. Our florists arrange the flowers, our crew builds the kosha and the stage, and our technicians light and run the room.
Venues and places
Recent weddings include Al Jawaher Reception & Convention Centre in Sharjah, where we are an official partner, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, Al Multaqa at Dubai World Trade Centre, Address Sky View, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, The St. Regis Saadiyat Island, Erth Abu Dhabi, ADNEC Al Ain and Khalifa Wedding Hall in Ras Al Khaimah, as well as hotels, halls and private homes across the seven emirates.
All seven: Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Our studios are in Dubai and Sharjah, and our own crew travels to the venue.

The day itself
Yes. A large part of the work is multi-day and cultural. Each day gets planned as its own event with its own design, timeline and crew. Tell us which traditions matter and the programme is built around them, not squeezed in beside them.
Our crew builds the room, runs the evening and takes it all down afterwards. The people who planned your wedding are there from the first guest to the last.
Dates move. Tell us as early as you can and we rebuild the timeline around the new one. What it costs depends on what has already been ordered, and we show you that before you decide anything.
