Who we are
Special Moments plans and produces weddings and events, with offices in Dubai and Sharjah. It is the trading name of three licensed companies: Special Moment Events L.L.C (Dubai, licence 1590986), Special Moment Events and Flowers L.L.C, a sole proprietorship (Ajman, licence 52745), and Special Moment Flowers & Chocolates Trading L.L.C (Dubai, licence 656507). The company you sign with is responsible for your details. For anything on this page, write to [email protected].
What we collect
The enquiry form does not send anything by itself. It opens WhatsApp with your details already written: your name, your WhatsApp number, your email if you give it, and the event type, date, place and guest count you choose. Nothing reaches us unless you press send in WhatsApp, and the website stores none of it.
If you call, email or message us directly, we receive what you choose to share.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and, if you book with us, to plan and deliver your event. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages lead to enquiries, for example how many people tap the WhatsApp button. It sets cookies only if you choose Accept in the cookie notice, and Google's advertising features are switched off. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
Who else is involved
WhatsApp, run by Meta, carries the messages you send us, and Google provides the analytics. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to answer you and, if you book, to deliver your event and keep the records the law asks of us.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We handle personal data in line with the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
