The wedding, designed and built

Wedding planning across the UAE since 2002. One team plans the day, makes everything in the room and runs it on the night.

Every room, its own story

Tap a wedding to see the whole room.

Everything in the room

From the entrance to the last dance

  1. A hand sketch of a long hotel foyer for a wedding: pleated curtains glowing along both walls, tall mirror frames and pedestals with roses and dried grasses, a low sofa, and a mirrored ceiling
01EntranceThe first thing your guests see. Florals, structure and light that set the tone before anyone sits down.
  2. A hand sketch of a round two-step kosha stage with a curved ivory sofa under an arch of flowers
02Kosha and stageThe centre of the room, designed around the two of you, with its own steps, backdrop and flowers.
  3. A hand sketch of a long raised marble catwalk lined with very tall floral columns and candles, under hanging flowers, leading to steps
03CatwalkThe walk in, carpeted, dressed and lit, so the entrance is a moment and not a corridor.
  4. A hand sketch of one place setting seen from above, with a rose tucked into the napkin
04Table setupCentrepieces, linen and the flowers on every table, designed as one room rather than a hundred tables.
  5. A hand sketch of five separate round stands at different heights holding a tiered cake, sweet towers and glass domes, with flowers between them
05Sweet tablePart of the design from the first sketch, never an afterthought pushed into a corner.
  6. A hand sketch of a round dance floor seen from above, with a painted border of flowers
06Dance floorBuilt to the size of the room, in the finish the design calls for.
  7. A hand sketch of a ceiling grid hung with draped fabric and trailing flowers
07Ceiling and curtainsDraping, hanging florals and ceiling pieces that change the shape of a ballroom.
  8. A hand sketch of a crystal chandelier with tiers of hanging crystal and candle-shaped bulbs
08LightingOur own lighting system, carrying the room from the first entrance to the last song.
Two ways to begin

Bespoke, or from the collection

Some couples arrive with a picture already in their heads and want it built. Others would rather choose from designs we have already made and refined. Both are welcome.

A bespoke wedding starts from a conversation and a blank page. We develop the concept with you, then make every piece to it, from the kosha to the last centrepiece.

The collection is a set of complete wedding designs that have already stood in real rooms. You choose the one that feels like yours and we fit it to your venue and your guest list.

How it works

Five steps to the day

  1. 01A first conversationMessage us on WhatsApp and you are talking to a planner. Tell us the date, the venue if you have one, and roughly how many guests. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
  2. 02Shaped around youTell us what you imagine, or choose a design from our collection. We adapt it to your venue and your guest list, and shape every part of it with you.
  3. 03A quotation, line by lineEvery part of the room is listed, from the entrance to the dance floor, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and change it.
  4. 04Design and productionOnce you confirm, the design is finalised and our own teams start making and preparing every piece.
  5. 05The nightOur crew builds the room, runs the evening and takes it all down afterwards. The people who planned your wedding are there from the first guest to the last.

The whole planning process was so easy and stress free. Everything turned out perfect and exactly how we imagined.
